One should
know and clearly understand the one basic reason why any human
being does anything at all. One must Grasp, Probe, and Analyze
the cause of human activities. Personality Development gives you
a sense of Achievement, Fulfillment, Satisfaction, Contentment,
Pleasure or Happiness. Leaders make good use of it in attempting
to persuade and motivate others.
How to
communicate with the outside world is taught here. Your words
during communication should be clear and simple. They should be
easy to understand. This class is conducted once in 15 days.
Here the students are given special training on
how to conduct seminars, how to use projectors and the way of
expressing is taught to each and every one. Experts in
specialized fields are also invited to deliver special lecturers
periodically.
Group
Discussion is used as a tool for evaluating the leadership
qualities. A leadership quality involves free, friendly, frank,
and informal exchange of views and ideas. Group Discussion is the
ability to speak. Speaking is an art that can be acquired by
consistent practice. Knowledge of a subject is a great asset,
expressions in pronouncing is needed.
Speed along with accuracy is one of the very
important factors of planning for Aptitude Test. You have to
improve your skill, interest, aptitude, and mathematical bent of
mind. Understanding the concept of technique will help you to
solve thousands of questions. Improving the speed and solving
accurately is more important.
A knowledgeable person can face the challenges in
his/her life in a more tactful manner than a layman. Go deep into
Magazines, Newspapers, etc., to know about the current affairs.
Through T.V. Telecast, News, Symposiums, Seminars, and
Exhibitions you can improve your knowledge from time to time. You
can get knowledge through experience and exposure.
Association meetings are conducted for each and
every branch. Papers from internal and external candidates for
evaluation are obtained and it depends on the way they are
presented. If the presentation is good that paper is selected.

Science Academy has been started to enrich student’s knowledge and to conduct various activities such as science exhibition, Guest Lectures to help students update their knowledge.
First impression is the best impression. Without any ambition or target, one cannot achieve any rightful position in one’s life. Appearance is very important. Depth of knowledge of subjects matters a lot in an interview.
There is a Lab provided with facilities to know
about Internet. Internet is nothing but worldwide information
known easily. We can express our ideas by browsing and sending
messages.
Well-equipped staff members give the students
special coaching on the recent trends in computers. Working
experience proves very useful.
Those who have good skills and a very good percentage are recommended for campus recruitment. Here companies select the outstanding persons.
N.S.S unit is
here and they help the poor and the rural folk.
Every 6 months we have industrial visits. We
visit some national level companies and gather first hand
information about their actual process data.
Implant training is given to the students every
academic year and this helps to improve their skills and
abilities.
We have a Fine Arts Association that encourages the students to exhibit their skills and competence in Music, Dancing, Drawing, etc.,
Yoga classes are conducted to help students. Strong body gives strong mind; according to this if we do yoga we can keep our body without any disease.
Meditation is concentrating. Meditation helps the
students in concentrating on their studies without being
distracted.
Each year
‘ The Best Student Award ‘ is given. The students who
secure places among the first five ranks in the University exam
are awarded 10 sovereign of gold and those who secure places
among the sixth to tenth are awarded 5 sovereign of gold.
The students are encouraged to work hard.
