COLLEGE is a well developed Institution offering a variety of programmes in Degree Courses.The College was founded by The Erode Sengunthar Educational Trust (ESET), in the year 1996.The Managementof the Erode Sengunthar Engineering College has been associated with various Educational Institutions like ArtsCollege,Polytechnics, Higher Secondary Schools,Matric Higher Secondary School,etc Erode Sengunthar Engineering College is approved by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi and Govt. of Tamil

Nadu, and Controlled by Directorate of Technical Education Chennai, . It seeks to impart Technical Education of a high calibre to meet the growing need of engineers and entrepreneurs in business and industry.

ESEC is one among the best self - financing Engineering College started in the state of Tamilnadu during the academic year 1996 - '97. The College has excellent infrastructure and a dedicated team of faculties to cater to the needs of the student community. The annual intake of various programmes is 300. The total number of Teaching faculty members is 59. Libraries, Laboratories, Computer Centres and Workshops have been fully equipped and regularly upgraded to cope with the recent development.
